Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all online purchases made from shop.spannerlife.com. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Items (Change of Mind)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

We also offer an extended 30-day returns period for unwanted or unsuitable items, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must not be personalised or custom-made

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Custom or Special Orders

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Damaged in Transit

We use trusted courier services to deliver orders safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from delivery.

Please retain all packaging where damage has occurred, as this may be required for investigation.

Missing Parts or Faulty Items

All products undergo quality checks prior to dispatch. However, if your order arrives with missing parts or a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Where a fault or missing component is confirmed, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement or missing part at no additional cost, or
  • Offer a full refund if a replacement is not available or appropriate

Faulty items may need to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned goods have been received and inspected.

We aim to process refunds promptly. Please allow several working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
