Shipping Policy
UK Delivery Options
- Standard UK Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48, £2.95 for orders below £20 and Free for orders of £20 or more. Usually delivered within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- Express UK Delivery (£4.65) – Royal Mail Tracked 24, usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.
International Delivery
- Germany & Ireland – Express International, €9.00.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Saturday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on Sundays and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day. All orders are tracked, and you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Fulfilment
Orders are packed and dispatched by our own team from our UK base in Shropshire. During busy periods, some orders may be fulfilled through Amazon's UK fulfilment network so they still reach you quickly. The free delivery offer and the delivery timescales above apply either way.
Amazon Orders
When purchasing through our Amazon store, delivery is free if you have an active Amazon Prime subscription or if your order value exceeds £20.
